Effective with the passage of the 2013-2014 Budget Act and associated legislation, the Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs (ADP) no longer exists as of July 1, 2013. The goal of the Co-Occurring Disorders (COD) website is to serve as a clearinghouse for information that is pertinent to your needs as a consumer, parent, family member, provider, and interested citizen. This website will provide you with valuable and "new" information on COD and COD-related initiatives.
