California Outcomes Measurement Service for Prevention (CalOMS Prevention)

CalOMS Prevention is a fully web-based data collection service for primary prevention service/activity data funded with the Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment (SAPT) block grant dollars via the Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs.

CalOMS Prevention Production "Live" Site

The CalOMS Prevention production site "Live" will be on-line and available for use on July 1, 2006. To log-in for the first time, use the six digit provider ID number assigned by ADP and the user ID and password provided at the regional trainings. Technical support can assist with user ID's and passwords. County and provider staff should contact their county administration for the six digit provider ID number if unknown.

The CalOMS Prevention test/training "Demo" site is on-line and ready for use. To log-in, use the fictitious user ID, password and provider number disseminated at the regional trainings. Technical support can provide this information for those that do not have it.
