Description of Technical Assistance/Training Services or Materials
CPI services are intended to expand knowledge of effective and culturally relevant prevention services and approaches for all entities currently engaged with ATOD prevention efforts. The CPI functions as an ATOD community prevention technology transfer system development center serving ATOD prevention organizations and practitioners throughout California. Its primary role is to synthesize and translate state-of-the-art ATOD community prevention research based findings into effective, culturally competent training and technical assistance services that meet the needs of the ATOD prevention services field.

Populations or Groups Served — ATOD prevention programs/providers, local and administrative state agencies currently engaged in ATOD community prevention, or those groups/organizations that want to become involved in ATOD community prevention.

Eligibility Criteria — TA/training requests must be related to ATOD community prevention issues or requesting group's mission must focus on preventing or reducing ATOD problems within the community.
