ADP Training Conference - August 21-23, 2012
“Journey to Integration: Opportunities and Challenges” was the theme of ADP’s Training Conference 2012, held August 21-23 at Sacramento’s Woodlake Inn. Fifty-six workshops focused on prevention, treatment and recovery from alcohol and other drug (AOD) abuse and problem gambling. With health care reform in mind, the 2012 Training Conference focused on ideas for integrating AOD services with primary care and mental health services, as well as California’s social service, education, and criminal justice systems.
The wealth of information provided at the conference was too good to keep to ourselves. Below are links to the keynote addresses, workshop handouts and slide presentations, photos of each day’s events, and winners of the 2012 Director’s Awards. The Training Conference Program Guide offers a description of workshops, speaker bios, and schedule.
