State of CA Vet Reintegration Project
The California Department of Veteran Affairs (CALVET), Veteran Services Division launched the Reintegration Project in January 2009 to develop a way to keep our 3 million-plus service members, veterans, and dependents connected and informed. To build this connection, the project will collect veterans’ information, allowing CALVET to release an extensive list of resources for service members, veterans, and dependents. Resources for our veteran population include federal, state, and local benefits, new laws regarding veterans, statewide resources and much more. CALVET is passionate about helping members transition, reintegrate, and receive the assistance they deserve. With this project, CALVET hopes to inform veterans of their entitlements and benefits in an easy and thorough manner.
