ADP's Resource Center maintains a local and a toll-free, statewide telephone number for California residents needing alcohol, tobacco, and other drug prevention and treatment information, publications, or library services.

The Resource Center provides non-emergency information only and does not operate a crisis line. The number is available 24 hours a day and answered by ADP staff from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. and by voicemail after-hours and holidays.

SAMHSA Facility Locator

The federal Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) provides an online resource for locating drug and alcohol abuse treatment programs. The SAMHSA facility locator lists:

  • Private and public facilities that are licensed, certified, or otherwise approved for inclusion by their state substance abuse agency

  • Treatment facilities administered by the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Indian Health Service, and the Department of Defense
